Terms of Use
The rules that apply when accessing hardcoreminecraft.net and using its published materials.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using hardcoreminecraft.net, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms apply only to this website and do not replace the terms that govern Minecraft, Microsoft accounts, third-party platforms, payment services, or any separately identified service.
If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, you may use the website only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits use is responsible for that use to the extent allowed by law.
Independent community project
The Hardcore Minecraft Network is independently operated. It is not an official Minecraft product or service and is not approved by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. References to Minecraft are descriptive. Use of Minecraft is also subject to the Minecraft End User License Agreement, Community Standards, and Minecraft Usage Guidelines, which can change independently of these Terms.
Website license and ownership
Subject to these Terms, the Network grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website and view its content for lawful, non-commercial use.
The website’s original layout, written content, Network branding, databases, and artwork are owned by the Network or used with permission from their respective rights holders. Minecraft names, game assets, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to the Network, its visitors, or another person. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to bypass authentication, probe restricted paths, obtain administrator access, or interfere with security controls.
- Introduce malware, automate disruptive requests, scrape at a rate that impairs service, or overload the website or its infrastructure.
- Copy, frame, mirror, republish, resell, impersonate, or falsely claim ownership of Network content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use Network names, artwork, pages, or product listings to deceive users, conduct fraud, distribute infringing material, or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
- Reverse engineer or exploit the website except to the limited extent that applicable law cannot prohibit that activity.
News and informational content
News posts, roadmaps, release descriptions, dates, and other statements are provided for general information. Plans can change, content can become outdated, and an announcement is not a guarantee that a feature, item, or service will launch or remain available.
You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. Nothing on this website is professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.
Storefront and purchases
Products can be combined in a basket and assigned to one Minecraft username. Before payment, you must verify the username, products, coupon, discount, and total. A product is not purchased until Stripe confirms payment. Published prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and can change before an order is completed.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms. Digital items and gameplay entitlements are limited, personal, revocable access rights—not ownership of the underlying software, server, artwork, or intellectual property. You may not resell or transfer them unless a product page expressly allows it. Purchases are offered by The Hardcore Minecraft Network, not Mojang or Microsoft.
Fulfillment begins only after the signed Stripe payment confirmation is recorded. Delivery timing can depend on server availability and manual review. If the username is invalid or entered incorrectly, fulfillment may be delayed and correction is not guaranteed after delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
A product labeled as a subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at Checkout until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and The Hardcore Minecraft Network to charge the selected payment method for the initial payment and each renewal, including applicable taxes. Subscriptions are limited to one quantity per recurring product. A basket may contain multiple compatible subscription products and one-time products; one-time products are charged only on the initial subscription invoice.
The renewal amount, cadence, trial if any, and discount duration are shown before payment. A coupon may apply only to the first invoice, for a stated number of months, or to every invoice. Unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise, canceling prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and access can continue until that period ends.
Eligible subscriptions can be managed through Stripe’s secure customer portal using the checkout email address. Available controls can include payment-method changes, invoices, cancellation, and movement among plans configured in the same subscription group. An upgrade may take effect immediately and produce a prorated charge or credit; a downgrade may be scheduled for the next billing period. Stripe shows the financial effect before confirmation. Product access and Minecraft permissions can change when Stripe confirms a plan change, pause, failed payment, cancellation, refund, or dispute.
If a recurring payment fails, access may be restricted or removed after Stripe’s retry and notification process. You remain responsible for charges validly incurred before cancellation. We may change future subscription pricing with advance notice required by applicable law; a price change does not authorize us to disregard a cancellation right or mandatory consumer protection.
Third-party services and links
The website may reference or link to services operated by others. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security. A link does not mean the Network controls or endorses the third party, and the Network is not responsible for third-party content or transactions.
You are responsible for having a valid license and account for any third-party game or service you use. Access to Minecraft itself is provided only by Mojang, Microsoft, and their authorized platforms—not by this website.
Intellectual-property concerns
If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, a notice should identify the protected work, the material at issue and its URL, your contact details, the basis of your claim, and any statement or signature required by applicable law.
Rights notices may be sent to [email protected]. Knowingly false infringement notices may create liability.
Availability and changes
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may correct errors, update content, change URLs, restrict access, suspend features, or discontinue some or all of the website at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent retention of any page.
We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
We do not warrant that future network, server, storefront, account, or community features will be released merely because they are mentioned or represented on the website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Network and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the website.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly through this website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $25. This limitation does not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit, including certain liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.
Enforcement and termination
We may block or restrict access to protect the website, respond to unlawful conduct, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.
A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not take away mandatory protections or courts available to a consumer under the law of the consumer’s home jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through [email protected], unless urgent relief or applicable law makes informal resolution inappropriate.
